Jeff started bxing in 2000 and has developed a USA Boxing record of 62-38 and a exhibition record of 22-7 and has spent years training Muay Thai.

Jeff also has his blue belt in Jiu Jitsu.

Jeff also holds a 3-1 record in MMA and has since retired.

Jeff has had his hands in all things martial arts and has an extensive amount of knowledge to share with his students.
